yeah okay did a thing on the internet. 

my basic metabolic rate, which is how many calories i probably burn just resting without eating for 12 hours, is uh. about 100-200 more than i’ve been getting on average lately.

no wonder my hair’s fucked up and i constantly feel like shit and i’m losing so much weight. 

i feel like this needs to be addressed with my therapist but i won’t see her until after thanksgiving, and my appointment with my naturopath (chill, i also have a primary care physician) got canceled then rescheduled then canceled again, so idk when i’ll see her, either.

this is fucked up.
