Worries
You walk into your apartment after a rather difficult day at work. The day hadn't been difficult for you per se, but it had been difficult for your husband. You had the news on most days, listening for live updates on All Might, and on this particular day, he had run into a nasty group of villains.
From what you had been hearing on the radio, the battle was pretty grotesque, and you couldn't wait to get home and check on him. "Toshi, I'm home!" You shouted announcing our arrival to your husband. "I'm in the kitchen, darling, no need for yelling," he chides.
Upon walking into the kitchen, you see Toshinori stitching himself up. "It really was as bad as they were saying, huh?" You ask him looking for further explanation. "They had nomu's, but of course, I am here to protect from them," He reminds you. "You can't be 'here' forever," you remind him. "I worry about you while I'm at work, you know? Every day I wonder if you're coming back home from the war outside," You said, a bit emotional.
"You should turn the news off then. I'm not going to leave you a widow I promise," Toshi says. You can only shake your head. "Toshi! You can't know that! However selfish it may be, I need you!" You were beginning to cry now. This fear hung over you on a daily basis, not to mention it was only getting worse as current events were.
A chair scraped across the floor, and you were soon wrapped tightly in strong arms. "Let's not worry about that now. Let's take care of you a bit this evening," Toshinori offered. "I just watched you stitch yourself up! You need to be taken care of, not me!" You said bitterly. Toshinori shook his head. "You're proving my point further, that I've been neglecting you recently with how much I've been working. This evening is about you now. Come along," he said, "I can't lift you tonight, I just put stitches in."
You let Toshi guide you to the sofa in your living room, and you let him sit you down in the middle of the couch. "Let's order in for dinner tonight, and I'll just take care of you this evening," He offered. You nodded, cleaning up the last few stray tears running down the side of your face.
An hour later, Toshi had you fed and laughing at some stupid American movie. "If there's one thing that makes me glad for your stay in America, it's your knowledge of their movies and tv shows," you announced. Toshi threw his arm around your shoulders getting a bit more comfortable. "Is that so?" He asked.
"Yes!" You tell him, self-assured in your conclusion. "Perhaps we need to marathon some of the better titles from America then," he offered. You just grinned, "Yes please!" You were practically shouting now, getting the slightest bit rowdy with excitement. Toshinori, always glad to oblige your requests, began working on a movie list immediately.
With a bit of leniency on your regular bedtime from Toshi, the two of you stayed up late that evening watching 3 of Toshi's favorite comedy films. Your reassuring evening is wrapped up by Toshi around 11 p.m. with promises to share more movies with you in the future. That being said, Toshi escorts you to your bedroom, getting you comfortable in bed and cuddling for the night.
