I have 2 friends whom i spent ALOT of time fangirling over BTS with back in my uni days and now that we have all started working, and their work schedules are more hectic than mine, i can't help but feel sad that they can't be there to fangirl with me when the boys drop new content. I understand that this is life and im better than this but sigh i can't help but feel abit empty when my texts were all excited and all over the place and my friends could only give patronizing replies ):
Maybe i should start writing fanfics and create a world of my own 😂
Ugh. It’s the plight of growing up and becoming an adult. Some friends will become overwhelmed by their adult responsibilities and not be able to have as much fun. Others will get stupid new interests and give up their excellent old interests ;-). But there is no reason why you can’t be an adult and fangirl over BTS or anything else that interests you. It’s a shame your friends aren’t there to do it with you, so it’s time to get some new BTS fangirl friends! I’m sure there are plenty reading this message right now who will get excited with you.
And writing fanfics is a great way to create a world of your own. If you have an interest in it... go for it!!!
