Talking a lot about I feel like test tube feels she Can't question fan on this issue and I feel like it implies that I think fan would like. Hm. Shame her in anyway like explicitly or Not want to here what he has to say. And I don't think that at all actually I think fan is absolutely Subconsciously acting in a way that discourages communication and honesty with him (see: bot) but I also think it's important to point out that he is Whipped for test tube. Like fan was absolutely ready to cancel the game because test tube got hurt. He was the one the initiate the discussion with bot. I don't think he would EVER dismiss or disregard test tube's feelings on Purpose, and in fact I would say actively chases her validation (leading back into the Subconsciously pushes away communication thing).
I think Test Tube is in a hell not entirely of her own making but she made a little bit of it? I think that she's specifically affected by the way she treated fan BEFORE, with the egg, pushing him away and being very Cold with him, same with the way she treated Cabby in season 3. It's very reasonable for her to be Afraid to hurt her partner (<- used neutrally) again, to want to be supportive and complacent basically as an overcompensation for how she treated him before. Like with Bot. Fan's descent into corruption isn't helping matters in the slightest and if he were oh I dunno ACTUALLY asking test tube how she felt instead of Assuming she agreed with him and giving her the space to open up like she deserves, this wouldnt have happened, but the point is they're BOTH deeply fucked up about this (even though it's pretty clear which one is. Yk. Initiating the .. everything.)
Also. Codependent fantube is a hell of their own making they're just unhealthily obsessed with one another. Like I do think test tube's happiest by fan's side and vice versa but she's Not Happy right now and She Needs To Talk About It With Other People but she's NOT doing that because she's CODEPENDENT WITH HIM FUCK ILL DIE
