Day 1 of #AllAroundYoga is any straight legs variation. Since I'm looking to challenge myself with nemesis poses, one of the first that came to mind is #Bramcharyasana or that damned #Lsit! I truly, honestly suck at this! Look at my face and you'll know 🙊 This pic is a total pop-up. Which is already a slight improvement on not even being able to get both feet off the ground before. Yeah so... this is incredibly hard for me. I should probably practise on blocks but I just wanted to see where I am with this right now, considering that I hardly ever attempt it.
