I don't know why but healthy weight loss feels like such an accomplishment. It requires a lot of hard work and a lot of changes. People that say it's easy to lose weight and harp on people for not losing weight when they "need " to are fucking knobs. Unless you have a fast metabolism, weight loss takes a lot of time and effort. Plus, some people's bodies are naturally larger than others. I know for myself that I will never be a size for because I do have a larger bone structure. I wouldn't want to because I would look too skeletal and sick. When I was younger I was a size 8 or 10 and I could see my hip bones and rib bones. I don't want to know what I would look like at a size 4. I think I will be content to get back into a size 8 or 10 and have some good muscle tone.
