Can you relate??

Has anyone ever been in the state of mind where you are lonely as hell but there is only one person who you want to talk to......but they don't seem to want to reply? YOU GUESSED RIGHT!!! Welcome to another episode of "Not so teenage angsty problems" this will be a shorter entry. Its a simple problem this time....im bored lonely and have too much time to myself which gets filled with over thinking and paranoia. .....i need one of those lives where there is hardly any still moments due to work or gaming or preferably company from other friends. .........idk if even that will help quiet my mind.... -sigh- well perhaps the future will bring some peace of mind.

Fed up

It kills me that my girl is way hotter then me. Everyone says stuff to her on the street and she tells me about, I get jealous and then I eat more and more feeling bad about my self and the way I look. I wanna look good for her but I don't think I ever will.

First Self Guided Yoga

Up until now, I've always taken the time to look up a video on YouTube to get guidance in my yoga practice. After having finished the 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene, I took a couple days off of yoga and focused on my P90X. I've also been super sore this week, which I haven't been at all thus far in the program. Rather than start a new 30 Day Yoga Challenge like I thought I was ready to, I just turned on some music and pulled out my mat. I went for three super chill songs by John Mayer: Gravity, Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, and Stop This Train. First thing I noticed was that without guidance, I went for the stretches I knew I needed. My outer hip has been pulsing the last few days, so I hit up Pigeon and Cobbler pretty soon in the series. I also realize that being a dancer means that every change in posture takes at least 8 counts, maybe 16 or 24; my yoga practice is very dancy without outside input. Achievement Unlocked: I found what feels good.

Confused

All I have been doing lately is writing songs. I just haven’t been able to express my feelings! I feel like there is no one left for me to talk to and I’m all alone.
