Message from CEO: “He embraced a role called being a DAD so that his child would have something legendary and incredibly important: A PROTECTOR.” As a community we are celebrating, showing appreciation, and educating our DADS on the importance of their decisions. Many ask why and the simple answer is that a DAD’S involvement with his child changes his or her life forever. The research shows that when DADS are involved more children graduate high school and less children experience teen pregnancy, criminal engagement, child abuse and neglect. Our COMMUNITY DADS deserve recognition for the awesome job they are doing. So, we made one phone call, sent one email, and made one visit to an amazing restaurant in Atlanta, GA. They too have decided the fathers should be shown appreciation. Not only did they agree to having 35 plus men but after our partners made a visit to the restaurant on Saturday an executive decision was made. On November 7, 2020, the restaurant will remain closed for an extended 2 hours to the public to allow us to celebrate these DADS.
