He has 1988 tattooed on the right side of his neck and Carla on the left. He has a cognitive thinking disorder and is considered at risk. He has been missing since December 21st, 2018. We were contacted about him by concerned family. Their last known contact he sounded out of it and said he was with someone named Hazel. The family located her on Facebook, but initially she refused to contact any of then back. After numerous attempts, she aggressively asked them to STOP contacting her and adamantly denies ever meeting or even knowing Allen. Since that day they have had the number he called from traced and it was in fact hers. He has money that he has not touched in two months from a monthly check. His mother is the executor on his account it is just sitting there. A message sent to him on Tuesday was read because it said ‘seen’ through Facebook. They do not know if it was him or not. It could have been viewed by a computer or phone, but his number was disconnected. The family is trying to remain positive in this time of need. Please keep them in your prayers.
