Chen is one of the hardest hitting Single-Target DPS in the game. His only downfall is for being in the RGB Alliance Faction which makes him not as recommended to be fully invested in. It is especially so for end game progress. However, if you do choose to use him for the long run, you won't be disappointed in his ST Skill which also siphon some of the damage dealth into self recovery, making him extremely self sufficient. He also has the ability to do a single follow-up attack when an ally lands a CC on an enemy of which the follow-up attack never misses. This is a huge deal against dodge-heavy meta teams in PVP. His biggest highlight as a unit is his transformation ability when his health drops to a certain level which will recover some health, boosts his ATK and Speed and grants him CC immunity.
