19 September 2017. Evening Light, Allington Lock, Kent. (12 x 16 ins). I always seem to get a different painting each time I come here. It’s probably one of my favourite spots, where the River Medway changes from being tidal to none tidal. Its was a lovely late afternoon and early evening. The sun was constant and the reflections were fabulous. The second photo shows the painting in course. I just had to sort out the water a bit and add the autumn leaves on the path.
