#fbf to the job of a lifetime when seemingly apropos, my favoritist casting director #allisonjones offered me a job as a Paramedic on the season finale of a high-profile @hbo show #CurbYourEnthusiasm, when I hadn't auditoned for her in over a year nor ever booked with her, and put me in a scene directly with this guy #LarryDavid (who I've loved for many years) and some dude called #linmanuelmiranda where we did all #improv!!! What!?! 😲 This was a mind-blowingly surreal gift of a job that I did not deserve and still am not sure if I effed up, but it went okay enough that Allison booked me on something else a couple months later too (to come in a later post)! I was able to get in a couple little lines with the other 2 while shooting, who aren't no comedy slouches themselves, that Lin responded to, but alas, they didn't keep them in the show, understandably. The scene was about them so I didn't wanna barge in, but still wanted to leave a mark. They kept my "sir, please sit down!" in there though! So it counts! Still in disbelief and gratitude, the Lord is too good.
