Hey brother! There's an endless road to rediscover. Hey brother! Do you still believe in one another? Oh brother, I will hear you call! Oh, if the sky comes falling down, for you. There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do. ____________ Olivia looked over to Allison who was watching the two horses turned out in the arena today. She was hesitant to start a conversaion with Allison. They were family though, so this should not be that bad even though at family gatherings Allison tend to lean towards Gwendolyn where Olivia would stick close to the shadows or more so near the corners of the room. She took a deep breath and decided it was now or never. “They look awfully close now don’t they?” She managed to get everything out without stuttering. Allison looked away from the horses and over to her cousin smiling.
“They do. I wonder what happened...” Allison started to say as the two cousins watch the horses scratch each other backs. Olivia had just gotten this horse from her uncle’s barn in New Hillcrest, he was on trial to see if this would be his forever home. In the short time Olivia and him have gotten well and she believed he could help her learn in many ways. She was ready to start a great adventure. King had helped the new horse settle well and was practically by his side any chance he could get. Remembering it Olivia looked back at her dear cousin.
“He looks up to King, it was so nice of you to let him stay here for a bit with us. They are forming some brotherly love that I can not explain..” Olivia chuckled.
Allison looked back at her cousin and began to laugh along. After the exchange the two cousins silently watched their horses play together in the arena both smiling trying to come up with ideas of how the boys became best of buds.
