Allison had no clue why she was here, but she was. Looking around the hospital’s waiting room, she nervously played with her bracelets. Allie had called Cassie, since he’s dating her now, and told her to come to the hospital. The hospital had already contacted his parents, so she didn’t worry about that, but she did worry about Nate. She cared for him despite it all, and it just sucked. Seeing Cassie run down the hall, she hugged Allie, and she hugged her back. She explained how she found Nate and Cassie was in tears, asking for him. All Allison did was point to his parents as they were talking to the doctor. Watching as her friend went to talk to her boyfriend’s parents, Allison felt like she should leave.
This was only for people who were important to Nate and she knew Nate didn’t give a crap about her, which hurt but she didn’t want to think about that now. Watching Cassie come back in tears, she just smiles at Allison, “You saved him just in time Allie, he’s resting now. His mom said we can go in and see him first, oh well I mean me but can you come with me for moral support?” Cassie pleads. Allison just nods as she follows her into Nate’s hospital room. Taking a deep breath, their eyes immediately locked and she felt her throat close up, “....hey nate.”
