These healthy ingredients make these Paleo Pumpkin Bars the ideal fall treat. They fit a range of dietary requirements because they are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup tapioca flour. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line an 8 by 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon should all be combined in a bowl. Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree thoroughly in a separate bowl. Once a smooth batter forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Add the chopped pecans, if desired. Using a spatula, level the top of the batter after it has been evenly spread into the baking pan. When a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, the bars are done baking; this should take 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. After taking out of the oven, leave in the pan to cool for about fifteen minutes. After cooling, lift the parchment paper to release the pumpkin bars from the pan and place them on a cutting board. Enjoy your delectable Paleo Pumpkin Bars after cutting them into squares or bars!
