❝ Kill me…❞ Momo practically whimpered the words as she stared down at the keyboard in front of her. Prior to getting ready for the cultural festival, Momo had only ever played classical music using a larger piano, never a keyboard such as this. She was striving to do just as well as everyone else, but she felt as though she was merely dragging everyone else down. For some reason she just couldn’t get her part down as well as she wanted to have it. Looking up to Kaminari, Momo tried to not let her frustration show too much as she spoke,❝ Thanks for helping me practice more.❞
“Aw, come on, it’s not that bad.” Fingers strummed away at his guitar’s taut strings, tender from the non-stop practice the culture festival was forcing the band to suffer through. “You just gotta keep at it, you know?” Ironic he would suggest that, even though he had volunteered to stay back longer to help Momo power through her training, he could barely keep up himself; even with the few private lessons Jirou was willing to give him. “At least your quirk doesn’t mess with your instrument” he mused, trying to lighten the mood for his classmate. “You should’ve heard the screeches coming out of this thing when I first started, apparently my electricity was distorting the sound before it could reach the amp!”
