Today’s match at Old Trafford will be dedicated to Manchester United’s campaign for equality, inclusion, and diversity called #allredallequal.
There will be displays around the stadium focusing on equality and the work that is being carried out as part of the campaign. The East Stand will have banners displaying United’s promise for equality, and the rest of the stadium will demonstrate the club’s commitment to celebrating the diversity of all of their supporters.
United are dedicating themselves to progressing equality, diversity, and inclusion both on an off the pitch. United continues to strive to be at the forefront of this essential area as they work and grow with the support of Stonewall, Kick It Out, Level Playing Field, MUDSA, and many more groups.
Manchester United Unveil New Campaign in Support of Diversity & Equality as Part of #AllRedAllEqual Commitment
Manchester United recently launched a new campaign which was launched to support diversity & equality. The new campaign is part of the brand’s long-standing #AllRedAllEqual commitment. A commitment that was launched in 2016. The #AllRedAllEqual commitment is a movement that supports equality, diversity and inclusion in football. The new campaign was released ahead of the football teams Premier League clash against West Ham. Due to the rising number of high-profile incidents involving discrimination of both fans and players at games in recent months. Manchester United has launched this campaign and announced its plans to further its #AllRedAllEqual campaign. Discrimination in football is one of the major challenges that the sport faces today. Players and their fans are constantly at the receiving end of homophobic, racist, sexist and ableist rhetoric comments. This campaign and the whole #AllRedAllEqual movement is the football’s teams way for discouraging such beyond and standing against it.
About Manchester United’s New Campaign for its #AllRedAllEqual Campaign
The New campaign saw the launch of a new spot which features members of it's female and male teams. Manchester United’s new spot was released to accompany the launch of the campaign. Some of the players featured in the spot include Anthony Martial, Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard from the men's team and Emily Ramsey and Martha Harris from the women's team. In the spot, we see each player discussing the campaign’s message. They give their reactions to the discriminatory opinions and anti-social posts. The campaign will be promoted with banners which will be displayed at Old Trafford East Stand, Manchester United's home stadium. A centre-circle flag will also be placed on the pitch to mark the occasion. Their official websites and social media pages will also promote the campaign. It will feature the messaging around the club’s opposition to discrimination and promoting the #AllRedAllEqual commitment to its diverse global fan base.

Manchester United Speaks on the Campaigns
The teams managing director Richard Arnold spoke about the campaign. He stated that the club has worked very closely with equality stakeholders to ensure their inclusion and diversity work supports a wide range of initiatives. He also spoke about how privileged the club is to have players, staff and supporters from diverse backgrounds. the amount of homophobic comments on man utd’s instagram posts is gross, like I knew some united fans were trash but gosh it’s another level😭 telling the account to remove the profile picture & that it’s disgusting etc. well your dumb/insensitive comments are proving why they should have it as their profile picture you fuckers. I’m so sad and disappointed but not at all surprised, we have a long way to go in regards to acceptance and equality but I’m so proud and happy that my beautiful club stands for the lgbt+ community no matter what some shitty fans are saying☺️
