Hey there anon! Your skin sounds just like mine, like spot on! For starters, I would suggest trying Dark Angels for a cleanser. This has charcoal in it, which will absorb those nasty oils right out of your face! If you find that this is too rough for your skin, which a lot of people do, a nice alternative is Coalface. It’s just like Dark Angels, but it’s solid! Like a bar of soap! Once you grab one of these, give your face a good scrub! Once you do this, you can try a toner tab, IF you want! It’s not necessary, but it will open your pores up a lot for this next step. Grab Mask of Magnaminty. This is a nice cooling minty mask with minty oils and clay in it! Also aduki beans for a light exfoliation. I would suggest only using this mask a couple of times a week. It could be too intensive to use every day! After letting the mask sit, wash it off, and if you choose, the next step is to exfoliate. Ocean Salt is good for this! This will help get any dead skin off and balance out your skin after a mask. It will also help any acne scarring and will brighten your skin! After this, grab a toner! I strongly suggest Tea Tree Water for your skin type. It’s meant for oily skin. If you’re wondering what a toner is, it will balance your skin out and tighten up your pores, and also helps get any of the extra little bits of cleanser, mask, or exfoliant off your skin. The last step is to use a moisturizer. I know. You’re wondering, why would I want to add more moisture to my already oily face? You have to! If you don’t, your skin will overproduce oils to make up for all the oils you just stripped off your face! I would try Enzymion or Vanishing Cream. Personally Enzymion left my skin feeling a tad too heavy. It didn’t sink in right and left a layer on my skin. Ask your shop for samples and try them both out!
