In the past months, I bought a Wacom tablet and started using illustrator. I’ve pestered my poor friends to teach me what I’m doing. And then made them show me twice. And then has to ask someone else because I was too embarrassed to ask a 3rd time. My goal was really nice dashed cut lines around The World’s Most Fashionable Paper Dolls’ outfits. So I’ve done loads of practice and gotten really good with the pen tool. I’ve been experimenting with different line thicknesses and greys and dashes versus dots. I’ve just now decided an extra cut line is superfluous and adds nothing but a layer of confusion. This project would go faster if I weren’t so slow. #idiot #alltheoptions #informationdesign
