Last swings of 2017 for #awaye4 . I promised him we'd both take some time off after today to rest our alpha waves and recharge a bit for 2018. It's taken time for me to fully adjust but I've fully settled into my role as Obi-Wan Kenobi to his young Luke Skywalker. Going into 2018 it's time now for him to truly set out for and embrace his journey knowing that I'll be right there with him. I truly can't wait to see how he grows and see his continued progression. I could easily go and spend hundreds of dollars to pay someone to do the things we do together. I realized one day though that nobody is going to care about his dream and want to see him fulfill that dream more than I will so here we are grinding together. We have our days where we bump heads because aside from being father and son we're also two stubborn athletes who want the best and want to get it our way.
