Meet Berry Fairy (Better quality)
Like most of her fellow cereal mascot, she had many advertisements. Most couldn't forget her catchy jingle. Others would remember her lovely magic fairy berry castle. One example of her advertisements were-
"Welcome fillies and colts to my magical berry castle where all your sweet wishes come true! Take a seat and enjoy a bowl of my berry sweet cereal. Oh look! Each box now comes with a wand so that you too can be fairies. Just like me!"
Due to her magical and feminine appeal, she became known as the perfect sweet and motherly idol for little fillies to become just as perfect as her. She even had a demand for merchandise for the young fillies like toy castle, wands, her iconic wings for the fillies who had non. She even had hairline product like her Very Berry Sweet shampoo an hairspray to get her iconic cute curls.
To start off, like all good things must come to an end.
Berry Fairy had many good years, going strong even through the harsh competitive times because of her name brand products, like her toys, kept her going but one ugly fact that most people did not know at the time had a large impact on the franchise.
To save on money during the harsh times, all wands was made with lead paint which were placed in each box of cereal for the prize. The paint would rub off onto the cereal which cause a wide spread hospitalization. The backlash was a devastating one. Ponies stopped buying the cereal all together. Production line stopped for a while.
In 1993, the owner released a special batch of the original Berry Fairy cereal for one last round with an extra special prize inside to end the franchise.
Each box contained one Berry Fairy doll inside along with a fowl smell emanating from within the dolls. Mass death and more hospitalization ran across the area where the last batch was released. The cereal was laced with a deadly poison.
During the creation process, the owner had gone missing along with 12 other foals.
To this day, no one knows where the owner had run off. And for the foals, still missing.
Some say the owner had something to do with the missing foals, other say the missing foals were grounded up and placed into the boxes of cereal and if you go to the abandoned warehouse, you could still hear Berry Fairy singing with a group of children.
