GENTLE CLAWS envelop elfin hands and once she realizes just where they’re meant to lead she PULLS in reflexive panic. No, I don’t want to hurt you too- but Gil is such a gentle guide. He guides her away from panic, too. “Gil-chan- ” She finds herself holding her breath as hand finally rests around beating heart, anxious and touched all at once.

“But I could hurt you. My-- my hands twitch. I can’t control myself.” The air hangs thick with double meaning. Her body is wracked with involuntary spasms, but so is her mentality. If she were to turn on Gil too- oh, god. She would never forgive herself.

She looks so bleary, confused. Like sleep was something she didn’t know she could even do anymore- but she feels more at rest here with Gil than she ever has during her ‘off time’ in her realm. If she were to sleep anywhere- it makes sense for her to sleep here. 

She settles back into Gil’s side with a gentle sigh, hugging his middle with an ear pressed up against his sternum. (Just below his exposed heart. She can hear it beating, and it soothes something in her greatly). Her eyes slip back closed.. “How long until the Entity makes us wake up?” It’s asked so sluggishly it’s like she doesn’t realize how ominous it sounds.
