If you could completely erase one moment from your life, what moment would it be and why? What would you want to replace the event with?
Well, I can't really answer this the way I'd like to because it would be mega-depressing and a little too "airing out my dirty laundry"-esque, so I'll do my second answer:
I would erase the moment that my family left Massachusetts for Florida and replace it with, well, staying in my home state.
I've never liked living in Florida, and over the years, I've acquired an innate attachment to where I grew up. Maybe being distanced from it made me realize how much I liked it there, or maybe it's just objectively better, but either way, I would have liked to see how I turned out had I never moved south. Everything about Mass. is better. Culture, history, architecture and even the fact that there's seasons (even though Seasonal Affective Disorder would probably incapacitate me with depression). Even just comparing the capitol of Florida (Tallahassee) to Boston. Boston is so much more culturally alive it's not even funny.
