TL;DR: My account was falsely suspended over twitter AI misinterpreting my joke towards a friend as a legitimate threat. They didnt bother to listen to my appeal where i gave context, so now my account is swiped completely, all my tweets, ALL my art posts, +2,000 followers gone. But most importantly I worry for my livelihood as my twitter account is my main source of income [commissions]. If you have a twitter I'd really appreciate if you followed my back up account @ almguav and rt my tweets there. Thank you very much.

So last night my main twitter account @ almgay, was falsely suspended by twitter 'for violating terms' and i was sent an email last night showing which tweet did me in. It was a joke response [quoted tweet] to my friend Weeb for pranking me about three days ago.
My quote tweet towards them was satirical it didn't actually make me incredibly upset, it was all light hearted and in good fun. This was never a legitimate threat.
I send an appeal to this suspension clarifying Weeb was my close friend, my tweet towards them was a joke, and whoever made this decision did not apply the needed context to the tweets.
I get an email response back from twitter about an hour and 30 minuets later, claiming the appeal was "reviewed" and they insisted I actually violated the terms and thus told me my suspended account cannot be restored.
Again, this was never an legitimate threat, yet they refuse to acknowledge that and suspended me ignoring the fact this did not violate any terms. Twitter falsely suspended me. This was an incredibly unfair and needlessly harsh punishment for some thing I never did.
As mentioned in the TL;DR, twitter is essentially my main source of income, as I entirely depend on commissions sales. I now have to find and rebuild my clientele, rebuild my brand as an artist, and regain the lost +2,000 following that I've been working hard to attain for three years. Twitter is making me struggle based on false accusations and even now still won't knowledge that.

can i say how proud i am of the writers actually having mikey say “my two dads” and draxum say “our boy” to splinter? I was under the impression they would always tiptoe around that holy shit im so glad they proved me wrong. Its so rewarding to hear and to see the show normalize ;w;
thinking about how compared to the other splinters - in which the audience is assumed to automatically respect splinter solely because he’s the wise sensei trope - rise splinter earns the audience’s respect through the trails and tribulations he faces. He still flawed even when he’s the most level headed and skillful in the room, and he’s able to understand he’s flawed so does what he can to make himself better ;w;
