lucy gray handled things that could be scary to most like frogs and nonvenomous snakes all the time, she had a great love for each and every animal, even the scaly ones. but found herself newly intimidated by the size of the height horses had over her. she was intimidated, albeit still so intrigued and in love with their intelligence and beauty. how magnificent a horse truly is to her. and of course, so envious he was great at handling one. she had to see if he could teach her, felt like something she was really missing out on.
