"Not really in the mood to deal with you at the moment, so please make it quick."
Hello!!!
Welcome! :)
The Doctor chuckled weakly when he felt the other come to his side with his hand holding his childhood friend's. That was where he wanted him "Actually... I lied" he smiled painfully, suddenly reaching over and cupping Koschei's face warmly with both hands, his body suddenly glowing ever so brightly as he allowed himself to finally regenerate with Koschei connected with him. "You never really got to enjoy your last regenerations... So I'm giving you my last one... Rule... Number... One, Kosch"
Koschei manages a self-deprecating laugh in the Doctor’s direction. He shakes his head weakly. “M’already dying,” he murmurs, pulling him closer to his chest. “Already — done. I guess… I get yours and you get mine, right?”
He can’t help but wince when a shooting pain makes its way up his spine. Forced regenerations hurt the most, he’s heard, but experiencing it first-hand is… unpleasant. He doesn’t think he can feel his legs. “Just… hold on for me, alright?”He means hold me. If he’s honest with himself - which he rarely, rarely is - he’s scared. Going into a regeneration head-first, not to mention donating his energy to someone who’s meant to be his nemesis… It’s unnerving, to say the least.
Once you opened the door and stepped inside, you'd finally see The Doctor slumped against the console of the TARDIS, breathing ever so shallowly as his body was covered in a pale, yellow glow that kept on appearing and disappearing. "O-ohhh.... Bollocks... And here I thought I'd vacate the premises before you could move in...." said the man weakly, looking over to where The Master was though his eyes were unfocused, it had been three minutes since he lost his ability to see.
“Stay there,” he growls, stumbling over to kneel next to him. He rakes his fingers through the Doctor’s hair and smiles softly. “I said I wouldn’t let you die.” His voice is weaker, but… he can do this. He sounds sure of himself.
It hurts when he finally does it, lets go of his current regeneration in a golden glow, but it’s worth it. Always is, for Theta. The particles hang in the air for a moment before settling against the Doctor’s face and seeping into his skin; Koschei feels like he might pass out, but — ah. No. This is regenerating, not passing out—
“Hold my hand,” he manages to say, trying not to let his voice tremble too much. It feels overly intimate, the thought of them regenerating together, almost too overwhelming in how much it aches—
“You’ll be alright.”
He knows Theta will be, but he isn’t too sure about himself.
"Well if this isn't a bit of a cookie, Kosch?" he chuckled gently "Come on, don't give me that face, it ain't that bad, it's like every other regeneration... Minus the glowing part at the end of course"
“It — is,” he manages to articulate. He meets the Doctor’s gaze with a pained look. “I haven’t seen you for years, and now you’re…”

I meant in general, kiddo, I'm not thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat specist *chuckles*
"Nevertheless, I'm not that heartless. I was raised better than that."
Oh! I see I see! Well, as long as you're not trying to kill people off just for the sake of it I guess it's pretty much alright.
"Course not. I usually get my blood from the (blood) bank."
