This preparation is called the Aloo Tikki. It is also called Aloo Pattice. The main ingredient is the potato. A north Indian snack, it is often served with ketchup, tamarind chutney or in this case, green chutney. The green chutney comprises of coriander and green chilli. As I bit into the Tikki, a crisp sound welcomed me along with the taste of mashed potatoes and spices.
