“Trick or treat….” Jules’ smirk is teasing even as she eases into the house, watching Carol lock the door before kissing her. Their couples outfits are hanging, waiting for them to be ready to head to the party that Carol’s son had insisted they attend. “Mmm, treat?” Carol’s smile is quick even as she backs against the wall, letting the robe she’s wearing drop away, Jules’ laugh almost barked as she strips off both shirt and jeans, stepping to press against Carol where she’s leaning, their heat and rut have blended, Carol’s mated heat is more demanding but Jules has never minded. Later, after Carol is finally less desperate to find her release, Jules helps her lace her corset closed, then moves to slip into the outfit, barely hiding her laugh when she realises. “Really Carol? Red Riding Hood and the Wolf?” “It’s cute, right?” Jules laugh is soft even as she kisses Carol. “I’d only wear this for you, I hope you know that.”

Jules is pacing even as she waits for Carol to open the door, her body tensing when the lock clicks. She’s quick to push inside, quicker still to lock the door and pull Carol into her arms, nuzzling her nose deep into Carol’s neck, the coiling tension in her dropping away even as she feels Carol press a kiss to her shoulder, her voice rough when she finally speaks. “You calm me, my Carol…” “The beast within growling again?” The question is so tender that Jules barely bites back a barking laugh, sighing softly. “Yeah, a little… I miss you, when I have to be out there… roaming.”

She had known, suspected, the woman’s son had been turned, but seeing Carol frightened had kicked her protective instincts into a higher gear. “Are you sure?” Her question is soft and when Carol nods she sighs, kissing her softly. “Let me talk to him….” She does, of course, convincing the boy to leave, make use of her trailer whilst she stays with his mother, with her omega, Carol. Later she will check on the boy, finding him alone and at peace, finally making sense of what he is. She will guide him, she promises herself, soothing herself with the thought that at least Carol’s son would have a mother who understands him…. Her.

Jules can feel the need rising with the blood moon. Bonding during a Blood Moon would make sure that Carol’s needs match her own, usually she’d be reluctant to make Carol feel the way she does, but the more they’ve been together the more she knows Carol wants to be hers, entirely hers. So when the blood moon rises, she makes sure they are under it, naked in the moonlight as the blood moon rises, their pleasure peaking when the blood moon is at it’s fullest, Carol’s almost muted moan a sign that it’s worked. Further love-making continues, of course, their needs are one and Jules has been needing Carol for hours now, so pleasure comes on them both equally.

The man had intended to kill her, she knew that even as she felt the water on her face, barely hearing the sounds of Jules ripping him apart with anger that burns deep in her eyes as she pulls Carol back out of the water, sprawling back even as Carol collapses into her, coughing up the few inhaled inches of water. “He’s right…” Jules’ voice sounds huskier than usual and Carol barely hides her shiver, nuzzling her face into Jules neck, inhaling the familiar scent of her lover, the one who had just saved her life. “We are mated now… you are mine.” “I always was.” Carol’s voice is soft, her fingers curling into her shirt. “I always was… my Jules.”
