you were the youngest of your father’s children and a full-blooded demon
you are closer to inuyasha than to your oldest brother, mainly because you are closer in age
koga met you when you were both still young
he was not the leader of the pack back then but merely another alpha in it
so, of course, when he met you, he did a lot of grandstanding
he would brag to you about all the prey he had hunted and the enemies he had slayed and he would also ask his friends to fight him so he could prove to you how strong he was
you pretend to be indifferent about it (being tsundere runs in the family ig)
but you’re obviously as entranced by him as as he is with you
i mean how could you not?
still, you’re not gonna just make it easy on him
he almost gives up on it too
you went hunting together for the first time and as a sort of last-ditch effort, he goes to fight the largest animal he can find
this does not end well for him as he is impaled by the tusks of a boar the size of a horse
luckily for him, he was hunting with you
as the boar is distracted by the alpha, you manage to kill it
then drag his ass back home and nurse him up
he’s even more into you now
luckily for him, seeing him wounded like that, made you realise how foolish it was to hold out on him like that
so you confess to him
he’s so happy his tail is literally wagging like that of a dog’s lmao
the two of you worked yourself up through the ranks of your pack over the years
you were a nomad when you met him, intending to only stay with the eastern yokai-wolves for a short while but this had changed when you became his omega
many years after you joined the pack, koga comes to the cave you’re currently living in with a screaming human omega hanging over his shoulder
the strangest part about this for you is not that she can apparently sense jewel shards but that she smells heavily of your brother inuyasha
before you get to talk to her, there’s another confrontation with the birds of paradise
enter inuyasha
after saving his omega from the clutches of the evil wolf yokai, he finally realizes that you’re with them
cue yelling match between two immortal siblings who haven’t seen each other in like a century or so
cue your mate trying to defend you to your mutt of a brother
cue you brother tearing your wolf mate a new one
original note: i haven’t finished inuyasha so i’m leaving it like this for now until i’ve seen more of the show and of koga
