Sometimes when I see a beer can by the side of the road I wonder what kind of story it tells. What journey did this can take before it was discarded? Was it a social gathering on the street at a time when all the bars are closed? Was it someone who decided to have a sip on his walk home? Was it shared between friends or enjoyed alone? Was it stepped on, or was some other force at work when this can was crushed? I’d also like to mention that out of all the tanks I’ve built and painted over the years this one is my favourite by far. It’s based on an actual Sherman tank used by the US army during the Korean war.
