I heard it’s #nationalaviationday Here’s to better ones in the future. I snapped my old pal @wingedmonkey1 as he taxiied out yesterday. Believe it or not, we used to work on the ramp together at America West. He graduated from ASU, went into the Navy and he flew numerous helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, retiring on the Gulfstream. Stop asking me to follow you, my classmates.

I never asked any of them to follow me back.

I pick people I want to follow wisely.

I don't want to be obliged to follow people just for the sake of them asking me to follow them back. If they want a healthy count of followers of their twitter account, then tweet something worth the poor 140 characters.

I never asked people to follow my twitter because I know, oh do I know how my tweets were all rubbish if you don't understand or don't want to read about Doctor Who, Sherlock, House M.D., every other movie or tv series I watch and flood of rants about my day and stuff I encountered. I don't want people to endure such things.

More importantly, I seriously don't want my twitter feed to be clogged up with their redundant retweets and conversations with their own friends. Use the bloody 'REPLY' button. Don't copy their tweets, put 'RT' at the beginning, and type their reply before the 'RT'. It's ridiculous. The 'reply' button is there to do THAT job, God's sake.

O_O Bloody hell, one of them just texted me for not following them back immediately after they asked me to.

What kind world am I living in.
