if you aren’t an mlm then you don’t get to dictate how mlm do or don't experience legitimate attraction vs. compulsory heterosexuality.  if you not only disagree with a gay man HCing a character who is strongly implied to be a closeted gay man as a gay man, but go so far as to say that  ‘gay men never shut the fuck up,’  you are a straight up fucking homophobe.  if you are not a trans man then you don't get to determine what is or isn’t transphobic behavior and rhetoric towards trans male characters  +  if you are perpetuating said behavior and rhetoric.  if you are turning to your trans friends to validate your transphobic behavior without the slightest lick of self awareness enough to realize that they're probably SCARED to disagree with a cis person as to what is and is not transphobic, then you are using your trans friends to validate your transphobia, and you aren’t just a transphobe trying to delegitimatize the arguments of trans people intimately unconnected to you  --  you’re also an incredibly shitty friend. 

stop playing the victim card, painting me to be some irrational bully, and acting like you’ve done nothing wrong when you know damn well that all you’ve done for the past several months is try to cover your own fucking ass, USE your other LGBT friends to make you feel better about yourself instead of accepting that you fucked up  +  apologizing for it, pretending like gay men identifying with a character with an unconfirmed sexuality is bad or biphobic somehow,  &  attempting to convince people of how innocent and totally non-intentional your malice was.

there is nothing innocent or unintentional about  this.
