Idk if you’re still doing the ‘tell me about your crush’ but I have a huge crush that I need to talk about So I have had this crush for almost 9 months now, it began after I had like a really good night out with a guy let’s call him dan, and it wasn’t a date at all there were other people there but we spoke for like 4 hours straight and it was so much fun (((part one of many ))))

Crush anon here w part 2! fun. I’m bad at keeping up friendships with new people so we haven’t like gone and done anything together in a while, but we’re friends and stuff. So I wanted to ask your advice about how to deal with my really long-standing crush. Oh the other thing is that I’m incredibly attracted to him like he’s gorgeous. Besides that I love talking to him we have a really good rapport I think? Hope? I thought that I would become less infatuated over time but I didn’t ?

okay first off i know exactly how long standing crushes go, they’re wild. second, i’m terrible with advice but we’ll try aldks. okay so let’s talk about dan, how does he act around you? is he touchy and like easy to connect with? i would pay attention to those things, eps the little things. it sounds like you guys are really close i’d say if you have the confidence to do so (which if u do i praise u bc i never will have that) then you can try dropping hints and just let him slowly know that you have had feelings for him for the last 9 months, maybe do simple things like bake/buy something sweet for him as like a lil “i was thinking of you” thing yk? and i TOTALLY!!!! get and relate to the “i thought i’d become less infatuated but i didn’t” part and for me that is kinda like “okay so this person could really mean something to you and make you happy”

Hey guys! This week I have holiday stuff all queued up for my Shirey holiday event! If you want to keep track of the tag it's gonna be tagged as #shirey holiday. I'm super excited but I am going to be moving here in a week so t might start to slow down. But once I get all moved in to our new apartment I'll be able to post more frequently.
