♔𝑆𝑜𝑟𝑎;;– As the White Rabbit would say: he’s late for a very important date! Though the fact he was so late about this special occasion was on account of the amount of heartless that just decided to swarm some of the worlds again. They just wouldn’t stop! And now, Sora had to scramble something last minute in order to make it up to this person. Who was it? Leon, and he was late to celebrate his birthday– Seriously, he could only imagine he wasn’t going to be happy, in more ways than one. But he just felt bad.
It was a shoddy gift, but he tried. No, okay, HE thought it was a shoddy gift. But Hercules put in a good word for him, so he ended up getting something special crafted. What it was, was something absolutely special considering who did it up for him. He only hoped Leon would like it.
He didn’t even wait for Donald to land the ship as he jumped out. He made his way through the people, taking extra care of Leon’s gift, which was in a box dawning the symbol of Olympus on its latch. With a bright smile, he opened the easily familiar door, seeing easily familiar people inside the house– All of which gave a big “HEY!” when they saw him. At the foot of the stairs, Yuffie decided to call down exactly who he was looking for with a: “Leon! Hey, Leon! Come see who’s downstairs!”
He had heard the commotion, in all honesty there was no not hearing it, but had decided to ignore it for the moment. After all it seemed there was always something hectic happening around here and whenever he poked his head in the middle of it he would always regret it. And so he was still bent over his gunblade, obsessively polishing it, when Yuffie screamed up the stairs.
He did not yelp and drop the gunblade. He did not.
After taking a moment to calm down from that he seemed to process Yuffie’s words...and realize just who she likely was referring to. After all, there was really only one person who he would be excited to see...though he would never admit to being excited. He still got up though, and, not quickly mind you, made his way downstairs. Ignoring the smug look on Yuffie’s face (’you wanted to see him, I knew it!’) he turned his attention to Sora.
“What brings you here? Wasn’t expecting you anytime soon.”
And no, it’s like he’d forgotten his birthday had just passed. It’s more that he never really made a big deal about it anyway so in his mind, there was no way Sora had come all the way here just for him. He did wonder what was in the box though...if it really was from Olympus it was likely something interesting.
