Please help - friends lost home to fire

My dear friends Peter and Teresa lost their home and car to a fast-moving fire last night.  They were able to get out safely, with just the clothes on their backs, but their two cats are missing and are unlikely to have made it out. :/

Their renter’s insurance had lapsed, and they have lost everything they own.  Please donate if you can, and signal-boost as much as possible.
