What is your Tav’s greatest desire?
To be reincarnated into somebody “better”.

Stand off ish, intimidating and closed off.

What was your Tav’s place of birth and raising like?
Althaea was born in a decently sized village in a very thick forest. Sunlight didn’t easily get through the leaves, so the farmers had to figure out other ways to grow crops. And, thanks to Althaea’s father, a lot of the villagers were followers of Mystra, so there were a lot of spellcasters to keep things lively. Most people in the village were very friendly.
Did your Tav receive any formal or informal education? If yes, how well did they learn? If no, why not?
No, she did not. Her father did not let her leave their home very often, and didn’t believe Althaea needed formal education, believing it’d be wasted on her.
Did your Tav have any formal or informal employment? If yes, what was their job? If no, how did they make ends meet? How did they feel about it?
No, she didn’t need any as a child, and before the illithid nonsense she just wandered the forests, so there wasn’t really much need for money. When she absolutely needed to visit the cities to buy or trade things she would just sell items she’d find in old abandoned buildings.

What is your Tav’s greatest regret?
Her biggest regret is not telling Maria goodbye when she ran away. Though part of that is that she didn’t know where to find her.

What is your Tav’s favourite childhood memory?
Her favorite childhood memory was probably making flower crowns with Maria in a little clearing near her village. Her village was in a heavily forested place where not much sunlight got in between the trees, so there were only a few spots that got enough light to grow flowers. Maria would wear a cloak with a hood to keep the sun off of her while she made Althaea flower crowns and showed her how to do it.
Did your Tav have any romantic and/or sexual relationships prior to their illithid adventure? If yes, who was it with and what was it like? If no, how did they feel about being single?
She sort of had a romantic relationship when she was in her village with a boy named Estel. There was no proper courting and it was mostly just mutual pining with some affectionate actions here and there, like two elementary school kids “dating”. It was a nice experience, but now it’s mostly a blur to Althaea. That’s the only romantic relationship she’s had, and doesn’t mind it. She’s never had a sexual relationship.

What hobbies does your Tav have? How did they acquire these interests?
She doesn’t have many hobbies, though she does like to read. She would find old books scattered in old camps in the woods and would keep them with her at all times for entertainment.

How does your Tav feel about the city?
She hates it. She was completely on her own wandering the forests for a century and a half— so the city becomes very easily overwhelming for her and she can’t stand how close people get to her on the streets. Something about it makes her skin crawl.
How good of a liar is your Tav? How do they feel about lying?
She’s a fairly bad liar. On occasion she’ll lie to someone and it will work but most of the time she’s easy to read. She doesn’t feel strongly about it one way or the other. If a situation calls for lying she’ll get Astarion.

How does your Tav feel about giving and receiving orders?
Althaea is very hesitant to give orders at first but as she’s around the group she eases into it. As far as receiving orders goes— it depends on who’s giving them, she’ll more than likely do whatever she’s being ordered to unless she feels strongly about it.

What are your Tav’s intentions/goals after the end of the game?
Her goal is mostly to work on her whole intimacy thing— post game she’s married to Gale (most likely) but is still working to open herself up to him more and eventually start a family with him. She’s also trying to get used to life in the city/life around a lot of people.
