Name Change Announcement!!
(Personal post ahead!)
Hey guys! I intended to do an announcement much sooner but ended up losing track of time because I just started college again lol. Anyway, I decided finally that I wanted to change my character’s name from Lapointe to Zaduren. It’s the last name of my amazing boyfriend’s character, and I’ve thought for a long time about taking the step and finally actually “finishing” or eternal bond both in game and out. for a long time it was hard for me to do just because anxiety bothers me in weird ways, and the feeling I got about this was very similar to when I first took the step and started actually dating him IRL. I’m very happy and it brought me so much joy to log back in and have our characters in a party with the same last name. ♥
I won’t be changing my url because not only is it a pain in the ass to go through and make ANOTHER redirect blog for a new url, but this is also the name I’ve had since the beginning of me starting the game. While I’m not ashamed of using Faiven’s name, I don’t want to just throw away the name that I’ve created and made a reputation for myself with. It’s just as special to me as he is. I’ll also keep using Althea Lapointe in my blog tags for the sake of organization (and the fact that tumblr doesn’t allow you to display posts that have multiple tags in a search >.>)
