oh god I don’t consume a whole lot of gangster media, so my response may be kinda dumb and super tropey lmao but 

Ellis would def be the big intimidating muscle guy who stands there threateningly and also silently, because he does that anyway

Ren would be the beautiful and demure child of some rich guy who’s dragged into some political mobster shit, since this kid is already beautiful and demure and would look great wearing any of these dresses (assuming this gangster AU takes place in the 20s) (Im getting all my info from Baccano! here)

Lillian would def be the one who struts around causing small turf wars with her immaturity, since she did that anyway

Gretta would be the Mob Boss’s right hand, since she is very decisive in her decisions, very loyal, and very, very meticulous

Toulouse would probably be an info broker; he knows everybody and rather enjoys having lots and lots of knowledge at his disposal 

Taryn would be Toulouse’s little info rat who sells newspapers on the side; Taryn’s job in the actual story is running info/messages back and forth to the Watchers on the island

Avis would def be a spoiled rich kid who gets held hostage and complains the whole time/eats sweets while sitting on tables, since she already complains a lot and eats sweets while sitting on tables, though she does not necessarily have to do both at once

First fashion meme drawing for @altimys! Took me a while, but I hated every drawing I made so far..

For the last couple of days I’ve been listening to stylelikeu’s what’s underneath project because I can listen to people talk about themselves all day apparently. They’re basically video’s of people answering honestly to very personal questions, and they have to take off one item of clothing after each answer until they’re in their underwear. I feel like answering one for every drawing on behalf of the requested character...

What insecurity have you overcome, or you are working on overcoming?

I.. have terrible stage fright. I have not overcome it, but I think.. I mean, I have realised that I do not have to? Does that count?

I grew up surrounded by people telling me I was worth nothing unless .. unless I was able to prove it - that I could fight. They told me I was a coward unless I could.. show off my strength on command, and fight without anything to protect but my pride.

I cannot do that. I can fight-  ..I mean, I fight for the people I promise to protect, when they need my protection. Usually that promise is strictly professional, but ... often it is an unspoken promise I make to someone when I start to care about them.

The manga is Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare. It’s a shojo romance manga. I’m pretty positive those two girls are not going to be one of the end relationships because they’re lined up to end up with some boys they like, but I strongly believe the girl with black hair does have a crush on the other girl in the picture

Play Pyre and Transistor!! They're both amazing.

Transistor is definitely the one I’ll be starting next when I get the chance!! 

And I’ll put Pyre on my Wishlist to remember to buy when I have the money! Bastion ended up being one of my favorite games, so I am more than excited to start Transistor and give Pyre a try :)

I remember watching it when it came out... The timeline was quite confusing but in the end, everything tied together and I just lay there in shock for 3 hours

My mistake was watching it in 1 day. Half the time I spent watching it was me trying to sort out what exactly was going on so it took a lot longer to finish than it should have. The ending was incredible tho and thinking it over today I’ve been able to make sense of what all happened.
