I was thinking a lot about Altruis the Sufferer and my Man'ari shaman Naiarah, two characters I loved and wrote together when I was a kid, 14 years ago.

She defected from the Man'ari and she has helped him around Outland, so when she speaks, she is talking both about his "betrayal" of the Night Elves by joining Illidan as well as his betrayal of Illidan and the Illidari by being part in their murders - something she is well familiar with for betraying both the Eredar/the Draenei and then also the Man'ari.

Bonus: Nethrandamus is not taking sides in this 🙄

"Why is Altruis in Dragonflight???" he is there to be there for his buddy Nethrandamus, see him return home with his own kin and also support him when he finally picks a visage!

I just wanted to draw Nethrandamus' visage and I think he would be a youngster dragon which is why he didn't have one yet. Going to the Dragon Isles probably encouraged him to choose how mortals see him and he of course, chose something similar to Demon Hunters, inspired by Altruis.
