Hi angel girl, happy early new years! If you feel like it, what are twelve things you’re proud of yourself for in 2025? They can be blog related, personal, whatever you like—I just thought it’d be fun to reflect on the nicer bits of 2025, but no pressure :)

is it so super strange that im absolutely fangirling rn? probably! but anyways 12 things! this year was actually a little crazy so it might be a bit random

broke up w my ex!!! it was a mutual break up with no other reason than us drifting apart so it was hard but im proud of sticking to it!

i think ive also stopped giving much of a shit this year? like who cares if people dont like me or whatever, i like me and thats all that matters!!

decided to lock in with school so thats exciting! i think im doing great so far w this school year

i realised what i want to do with my life! career wise anyway (i wanna study child language acquisition and become a researcher for it)

im finding my style! i think im close to finding what i actually like to wear and not just buying whatevers pretty and panicking when i cant style it with whatevers in my wardrobe

gotten closer w my family and relatives, shoutout shazana one of my favourite cousins ever i love you bbg

learnt how to play the guitar (albeit badly) and relearning how to play the piano!!! its been 5 years since i last played so i fear im not at the standard i used to be

i actually did shit this year and didnt bed rot all the time!!!

my mental health has improved significantly i think? i mean its been good but i think im getting a healthier attitude and mental state #selflove

moved to a different continent!!!! guys its actually so exhausting but we did it and i love it here!

gone through many different writing styles and im actually proud of that!! like yes im trying everything until i find one thats suits me!

become social again! i used to be a social butterfly but unfortunately circumstances made me become really antisocial but i think im getting it back again!! im starting to crave social interaction all the time which is great for me cuz i love people!

honestly just to tie it all back i truly feel like ive found myself this year, i think i know a lot more about how i operate and what i like and dislike than i ever have!! and how exciting is it that one day ill know exactly who i am and that i have so many more years to figure it out!

ugh this was a really good reflection so thank you!!! i didnt even realise just how much of growth ive gone through.
