Weight-gain just happens to be an occasional part of weightloss :) This means very little, probably just random water weight, so don't let this affect your motivation :) (though I'm sure it won't anyway, cause you're great like that!)

Sometimes that just happens. Maybe there was a reason for it (stress, overthinking, hormones etc) and sometimes our bodies just crave things and we go all out.
Thank you both for the support! I know it’s rarely as straightforward as “put in x amount of exercise and y amount/days of eating well, get z pounds of weight loss” - I’m just really tired of all that up and down sometimes, you know? But I’ll keep on keeping on 😉.
