Will I be able to do it about any Haikyuu ship? Because if I can, you should expect it to be made quick-ish. Also, do I @ you when I post it?

As per the list on our blog, there are only 14 ships that are disallowed. Everything else, including polyships, are fair game. As for creation period, the assignments for people who sign up for the event will be issued on June 13th or earlier (depending on how quickly the matchup process goes), and the final product will be due on September 5th. It gives you plenty of time to come up with good ideas for your giftee and to navigate around any real life nonsense that might crop up.
During posting period, the works would either be submitted as links to this blog or posted on your own Tumblr with an @hqrarepairexchange or with "hq rarepair exchange" in the first five tags on your post.
