gloucester was beautiful

i spent a lot of time thinking here. the cathedral held a service in the evening that left me feeling nostalgic and really lovely. i’m not really religious anymore, but i often wonder why. and how. and when.

i really did my best to practice my watercolor work while in the uk, so here is one of the halls in the cathedral. tackling stained glass in sunshine was super difficult, but super worth the effort.

also, does that hallway in the center look familiar??? they filmed harry potter here! that is just the coolest darned thing. i am still just blown away

also that is my friend amanda, she is very cute and i love her very much
