Remember that there is no “perfect” way to regress. It does not always have to be happy, cute, or aesthetic.
Sometimes you just need to punch a pillow, squish some play-doh, or scribble all over a piece of paper in anger, frustration, or sadness.

Hello little ones!! How are you feeling today? Don't forget to:
♡ get out of bed - even just moving to another room can help increase your mood! Stretch those little arms and legs of yours!!
♡ brush your teeth - I know this can be boring, so try listening to music while you brush! My favorite is Disney music, and you can find it on YouTube!
♡ eat something - you need to eat so you will have energy! My favorite easy-to-make little food is a pb&j sandwich and carrots with ranch. You could bring a stuffie with you and pretend you're on a cooking show!! (but be careful to not get your little friend messy!)
♡ drink some water - water is sooo important for you! Try drinking out of a bottle, sippy cup, or straw to help you feel more little!
♡ go outside - even if it's just for a few minutes, breathing that fresh air is good for you. The sun and clouds will be happy to see you too!
♡ talk to someone - a stuffie, friend, family member, cg, or even me! Don't be afraid, I know they'll be happy to talk to you too!
