Gratitude… Working for a company that sends you your paycheck in a Thank You card! Also, it has been two years since I worked for a company that openly TRUSTS I am going to fulfill the needs they hired me for. I AM a hard worker. I am trustworthy. My new boss sees this and tells me. NOTHING like working for the two companies prior…it’s hard to accept it after living in a world if distrust and constant minute-by-minute compliance to every single demand/rule.
