List of shows I like that have little or no fandoms:
- Greenhouse Academy. But, like. The version of it that I have in my head. In which the Jackie-Max-Emma love triangle never happened, and all three were just totally platonic best friends, and also Leo gets the hate he deserves, Daniel and Hayley get the development they deserve, and Aspen gets a personality and also character development.
(Oh, no hate to Leo fans, my sister thinks he’s a good character, I just hate his guts with my entire being.)
- The Unlisted. Super good show, absolutely love all the character dynamics, love how they didn’t try and force a romance storyline in there, my only complaint is that it ended too soon.
- The Kicks. Am I the target audience for this show? Probably not. Did I hyperfixate on it for at least three weeks? Absolutely. Granted, some of the writing or acting leaves a bit to be desired, but as a whole it’s a great show, and Mirabelle Harris deserves the world.
- Parallels. I’m pretty sure it’s only been out for, like, a week, and I’m only three episodes in, but I like it a lot so far. Love the concept, love the dynamics. Hate that it looks like they’re trying to go with a love triangle plot, hate that it probably won’t end with Sofia adopting all the kids. If anyone’s seen this show, please don’t send me any spoilers, as it’s the only one on this list that I haven’t finished.
So, yeah, if anyone has any thoughts on any of these shows, I would definitely not be opposed to more content!
