Yes they do, but for special occassions. It can even be used as hairdye.
Yup! I've seen henna used as hairdye, but I wasn't sure if it was used for anything else, special or not, in regards to the Islamic faith.
My knowledge is that it's mostly used by those of the Hindu faith... and people who go to amusement parks and get henna done for fun.
