SELEUSS - AMBER-64 CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE
SELEUSS, SEATTLE, DECEMBER 30TH, 2019: Introducing our new Bitter-Sweet Chocolate Truffle, the Amber 64%.
Ganache: A delicious Chocolate Ganache made with organic cream, our culinary 64% Duchess™ Bittersweet Chocolate, and specialty American Amber Ale malts, for a rich and complex chocolate ganache with flavors of cocoa, sweet malts and caramel, intersected with hints of vanilla and floral notes. Sometimes, further infused with specialty beer hops.
Truffle: The Amber 64 Chocolate ganache is typically encased in a 52% dark chocolate first and then enrobed in our 60%-65%+ Colombina™ Bittersweet Chocolate. Some times topped with either chocolate powder, grated chocolate or organic coconut palm sugar. If hopped, then dusted with grounded hop flowers or as indicated below.
Pairing: Your favorite Espresso drinks, Pale Ales, Red and Amber Ales.
Background: We use only the best specialty brewer’s malts and hops from around the world; from our own state of Washington, to Wisconsin, and across the Atlantic to the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Germany.
