Also, I still think Charlie is working with The Harpy, feeding her likely cases. And maybe is related to her. He was an orphan whose parents would have died in crushing debt, he’s either doing it for the money, or perhaps she was an aunt who took him in and he’s doing it for love and money. And either way it explains him being allowed to visit Wolf in the facility.
