Ruaridh Mollica, who is openly bisexual, has officially been casted as Tommy Maximoff/Speed in Marvel’s new Disney+ series VisionQuest, premiering October 14th.
Tommy Maximoff is a canonically bisexual character, in the comics his boyfriend is David Alleyne/Prodigy. Tommy is the twin brother of canonically gay character Billy Maximoff/Wiccan, who is played by openly gay actor Joe Locke, in the comics Billy also has a boyfriend, Hulkling. They are apart of the Young Avengers, which has several queer characters, including America Chavez who is a lesbian and played by Xochitl Gomez.
As of right now Prodigy and Hulkling have not been casted yet.
